The Heritage

Situated on a 48-acre campus, The Heritage consists of apartments, villas and garden villas in a neighborhood setting, as well as assisted living and skilled nursing centers. Working remotely with the client, MCI executed the structural engineering and design of predominately podium-style construction. The three-phased project totaled more than 831,000 SF and included a fitness center and a combination of below-grade, above-grade and under-building parking.
