The City of Miami recently released an update to the policy on the Structural Peer Review of all Buildings.  Effective immediately, a Structural Peer Review is now mandatory for all buildings 50 feet or more in height or 4 stories or more.  Previously, the requirement was for buildings 60 feet or higher.
