The future of learning at Bullis School in Potomac, MD is taking shape! Currently under construction, the brand-new Lower School building is set to open its doors in Fall 2025. MC is proud to have worked alongside Hord Coplan Macht, James Posey Associates, and Macris, Hendericks, & Glascock, P.A. on the design of this impressive 38,000-square-foot facility which will more than double the space dedicated to Bullis’ K-5 program, reflecting the school’s continued growth and commitment to exceptional education.

Designed with students and educators in mind, the new building features outdoor learning spaces that encourage exploration beyond the classroom. Each grade level will enjoy its own dedicated suite of classrooms, promoting a strong sense of community and tailored learning environments.

As we head into the final stretch of the project, Coakley & Williams Construction is hard at work putting the finishing touches, with just a few months to go, excitement is building as Bullis prepares to welcome its youngest learners into a space designed to inspire, engage, and support their educational journey.
