MC is proud to announce the successful completion of structural and waterproofing repairs at the 888 Bestgate Road Parking Garage in Annapolis, MD, owned by St. John Properties, Inc. Working alongside Consolidated Waterproofing Contractors, Inc., MC served as the structural engineer of record, remediation consultant, and inspector for this garage restoration effort. The repairs were completed in September 2025.

The final scope of work addressed significant deterioration in precast concrete members and replacement of all topping slabs. Careful budgeting and efficient project execution resulted in the overall repair program being delivered under budget, which allowed the addition of extra repair items. These enhancements provided long-term improvements to the garage’s durability, safety, and waterproofing performance.
