I-97 Business Park Phase III | December 11, 2020
Morabito Consultants (MC) has amassed over 30 years of experience in the design of tilt-up concrete structures. MC was afforded the opportunity to partner with St. John Properties and Powers Brown Architecture on the I-97 Business Park Phase III development which included the design of Maryland’s first five-story tilt-up office building. Due to crane limitations with respect to the erection of five-story tilt-up panels, MC utilized a unique 4+1 design and tilt-up construction method. Thanks to the design teams’ innovative approach and a spectacular finished product, this project received an Achievement Award from the Tilt-Up Concrete Association.
