Morabito Consultants is currently seeking a structural engineer to join our esteemed team in the Baltimore area.  Recognized in our region as a structural engineering industry leader, MC has been in business since 1983 and performs structural services for over 300 projects each year.  Our diverse portfolio includes everything from single family homes to $400 million retail/commercial buildings, and our wide variety of structural consultation services include structural design, parking design, forensics, and building remediation.  MC offers a family-oriented, casual work environment with an emphasis on collaborative problem solving, exceptional client service, and opportunities for career growth. 

 

-Entry-level and experience engineers are encouraged to apply.

-The ideal candidate will possess the following qualifications:

-Bachelor’s or master’s degree in architectural or civil engineering with an emphasis in structures

-Background in structural theory, analysis, and design of steel, concrete, masonry, and wood building structures

-Good working knowledge of AutoCAD and/or Revit

-Experience with common structural software packages (RAM, RISA, Staad, Multiframe, Tedds, Enercalc, etc.)

-Good communication skills, both oral and written

-FE is required
