On November 24th, MC joined Hord Coplan Macht, SRBR Consulting Engineers, and The Whiting-Turner Contracting Company among others for the topping out ceremony at Roland Park Place. Everyone had the opportunity to sign a final commemorative beam before it was hoisted to the top of the building. This podium style building features several levels of poured in place concrete framed parking below a transfer level supporting 5 levels of wood framing. WT poured over 5500 cubic yards of concrete, set over 6 miles of joists, and utilized around 2.5 acres worth of sheathing! Congrats to all involved with this exciting project!
