MC is proud to take over the role of structural engineer, remediation consultant, and threshold inspector for the multi-phase restoration project at the 23-story condominium tower, Parker Plaza Estates, in Hallandale Beach, FL. Phases 1 and 2 include a complete remediation of the building façade, balconies, and roofing. Improvements include strengthening of all balconies for installation of a continuous glass railing system. Roofing remediation includes complete replacement of existing roofing membranes and installation of fall restraint and façade access roof anchors. Phase 3 will include full garage and pool/recreation deck remediation and beautification.

Phases 1 and 2 are scheduled to be completed in 2025. This ambitious project will not only improve the building’s structural integrity, but also elevate its aesthetic appeal, ensuring a modern and secure environment for all residents.
