Alexis is a South Florida-based Remediation Engineer with experience in building restoration and litigation-related projects throughout the region. Born in Ecuador and raised in South Florida, Alexis brings a strong connection to the communities he serves and a practical understanding of the building conditions common to the area.
Alexis holds both a Bachelor of Science and Master of Science in Civil Engineering from Florida Atlantic University and is working toward his Professional Engineer and Special Inspector credentials. His experience in restoration and litigation gives him a well-rounded perspective on complex engineering challenges, from evaluating existing conditions to helping develop practical repair approaches.
Known for his collaborative approach, Alexis enjoys working closely with contractors, property managers, and condominium associations to help complete projects of varying size and complexity while clearly explaining the engineering principles behind recommended solutions. Outside the office, he enjoys soccer, golf, fishing, traveling, and cooking. He also reached a lifelong goal of taking his family to a World Cup game to support their home country, Ecuador.
