Carl brings more than a decade of structural engineering experience to his role as Project Manager at Morabito Consultants. His work focuses on structural investigations, restoration and rehabilitation design, and project management across reinforced concrete, steel, wood, and cold-formed steel structures.
A graduate of the University of Tennessee, Carl earned his degree in Materials Science and Engineering with a concentration in Nanomaterials and a minor in Mathematics. His technical background, combined with experience evaluating existing structures, designing repairs and fit-outs, and coordinating with owners, architects, and contractors, allows him to develop practical, constructible solutions for complex building challenges.
Known for his practical perspective and ability to clearly explain structural considerations, Carl brings both technical focus and a good sense of humor to his work. He enjoys helping project teams understand existing conditions and make informed decisions throughout design and construction. Outside the office, Carl enjoys playing volleyball, going to the gym, spending time on the golf course, and informally evaluating the structural systems of buildings wherever he goes.
