Josh brings a lifelong connection to structural engineering and a forward-looking leadership perspective to his role as Vice President at Morabito Consultants. First introduced to the profession by watching his father review drawings at home, Josh began drafting for the firm while attending Calvert Hall College High School and continued working with MC throughout his studies at the University of Delaware. Since joining the firm full time, he has developed a reputation for quickly understanding the broader vision of a project and translating that vision into practical, efficient structural solutions.
Josh’s experience spans a wide range of structural systems and building types, with a primary focus on K-12 schools and commercial projects. He works closely with architects, developers, contractors, and owners to align design with client goals, anticipate challenges, and keep projects moving from concept through construction. In addition to overseeing structural design, Josh plays an important role in business development, client strategy, and the continued growth of the firm.
Known for his responsiveness, clear direction, and practical judgment, Josh is committed to maintaining the trust and reliability that define MC’s reputation. He is a licensed Professional Engineer in eight states and remains focused on strengthening long-standing client relationships while helping position the firm for continued success. Outside of work, Josh enjoys golf, pickleball, time at the beach, and staying busy with his wife, Katie, and their three children.
