Laurie joined Morabito Consultants in 2020 as Accounting Manager, bringing more than 25 years of experience supporting architecture and engineering firms. With a strong background in financial management and operations, she plays an important role in overseeing the firm’s accounting functions and helping ensure financial processes are accurate, efficient, and well organized.
Laurie’s experience in the AE industry gives her a practical understanding of project-based accounting, internal coordination, and the operational needs of a professional services firm. Her attention to detail, steady approach, and commitment to accuracy help support MC’s leadership, project teams, and day-to-day business operations.
Known for her reliability and thoughtful support, Laurie helps keep the firm’s financial systems running smoothly while contributing to the organized, service-focused culture that supports both staff and clients. Outside the office, she enjoys spending time with family and friends, gardening, and cheering on the Baltimore Ravens and Washington Capitals.
