Pat has spent his entire career with Morabito Consultants, bringing more than three decades of experience to the firm’s repair and restoration work. As a Remediation Engineer, he has developed a strong specialty in concrete repair and concrete repair materials.
Pat’s work includes the design, review, evaluation, and inspection of repair and restoration projects, along with field inspection of buildings under construction. He values the opportunity to spend time on construction sites, where careful observation and practical understanding help support durable repair solutions and successful project outcomes.
Known for his deep knowledge of concrete repair and his hands-on approach, Pat is a reliable resource for project teams addressing existing building conditions and construction-phase challenges. Outside the office, he is known for his salsa-making skills and enjoys getting away to the beach in Mexico whenever he can.
