Robert J. Miller leads Morabito Consultants’ building remediation and inspection services across the firm’s Maryland and Florida offices. As Vice President, he brings hands-on leadership to complex assignments while guiding project delivery, supporting technical staff, and helping advance the firm’s expertise in evaluation, repair, strengthening, and waterproofing of existing structures.
Robert has developed a strong specialization in concrete restoration and remediation, including reinforced and post-tensioned concrete structures, parking garages, residential towers, mixed-use buildings, and emergency structural stabilization. His work often involves technically challenging, multi-million-dollar repair programs where careful evaluation, clear documentation, and practical recommendations are essential to successful outcomes.
A graduate of Penn State University, Robert is a licensed Professional Engineer in multiple states and a licensed Special Inspector in Florida. He was named the 2018 Young Civil Engineer of the Year by the Maryland Section of ASCE. Known for his technical rigor, steady judgment, and collaborative approach, Robert is a trusted resource for owners, boards, and project teams. Outside of work, he enjoys spending time with his wife and three children, completing home improvement projects, and playing guitar.
