Tim joined Morabito Consultants in 2018 after earning his Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from Widener University. Since then, he has grown into his role as Principal, becoming a licensed Professional Engineer in Maryland, Virginia, Florida, and Alabama while developing a diverse portfolio across multiple structural systems and project types.
Tim’s experience includes restoration, residential, education, recreation, healthcare, and senior living projects. He plays a key role in managing projects, overseeing design efforts, coordinating with clients and project teams, and supporting construction-phase services. His work is grounded in a strong problem-solving mindset, close attention to detail, and a commitment to practical, buildable designs that prioritize safety, performance, and clear communication.
Known for his collaborative approach and steady project leadership, Tim enjoys guiding work from concept through construction and helping teams navigate challenges with efficient, code-compliant solutions. He values strong coordination with architects, owners, and contractors and takes pride in supporting successful outcomes for clients and project teams. Outside of work, Tim enjoys spending time with his wife, Olivia, working on projects around the house, and getting outdoors, including playing golf.
