Tony has helped guide Morabito Consultants since the firm’s earliest days as one of the three founding brothers. A graduate of the University of Maryland and a licensed Professional Engineer in the surrounding states, Tony brings more than four decades of perspective, leadership, and client-focused service to his role as Vice President.
Tony has always believed that successful projects are built on strong relationships and true collaboration among clients, architects, contractors, design partners, and the MC team. He approaches engineering with the understanding that each project is about more than solving technical challenges; it is about creating places that serve people well and support the communities around them. His hands-on leadership helps teams navigate complex decisions while keeping schedules, budgets, and client goals in view.
Known for his humor, humility, optimism, and practical judgment, Tony has played an important role in shaping the firm’s culture and long-standing client relationships. He values recognizing the strengths of others and helping people do their best work, whether through project leadership, mentorship, or day-to-day collaboration. Outside the office, Tony enjoys sports, exercise, time at the beach, and being with his family, including his son, daughter, and three granddaughters.
