Morabito Consultants provided structural design services to add a two-story, steel-framed glass enclosure addition that extends the building’s perimeter closer to the street, enhancing its architectural appearance. The addition creates a more functional space, adding ground floor retail and a gracious new lobby. The second floor expands the existing office space.
