The Rotunda is an iconic building built in the 1920s and recognized by its signature bell tower. Morabito Consultants completed structural engineering design for an expansion to the existing building that added retail space and a movie theater as well as a garage constructed over a fitness center. This project is a successful example of podium-type design.
