Repairs at the 20 Lambourne Apartments pool deck and parking garage are moving forward in Towson, MD. Concrete Protection & Restoration Inc. and American Pool completed the tile installation inside the pool and were preparing for plaster finishes. Recent work also included Miracote applications to concrete surfaces and grout injection at areas of water intrusion to strengthen waterproofing. These repairs mark important progress toward restoring safe, durable, and refreshed amenities for residents

Our team at Morabito Consultants is proud to provide the structural engineering for the Severn Lower School expansion in Severna Park, MD. The new addition is quickly taking shape, with masonry walls and structural framing progressing on schedule.
This project will bring valuable new learning spaces to the campus, designed with both safety and longevity in mind. We’re excited to see the structure rise and look forward to supporting the Severn community as the project continues.
Today we say goodbye to our intern, David, on his last day of his second intership with Morabito Consultants. Having interned with us for two summers, he has contributed greatly to our projects and team. We’re grateful for his hard work and dedication, and we wish him continued success as he enters his final year at Florida State Univeristy.
