Celebrating Frank Morabito’s Legacy

More than 40 years ago, Frank took a leap of faith and founded Morabito Consultants. What started as a vision grew into a respected engineering firm, but the real story has always been about the people. The employees he mentored, the clients he served, the friendships he built, and the values he instilled remain the foundation of our company today.

Frank’s leadership has never been measured solely by business success. It has been measured by the trust he earned, the opportunities he created for others, and the example he set every day. He taught us that relationships matter, that hard work should never come at the expense of character, and that success is most meaningful when shared. His legacy is not simply the firm he built, but the people whose lives he has influenced along the way.

While Frank is stepping away from the daily demands of leading the firm, we’re grateful that this is not goodbye. He will continue to serve as a trusted advisor to our team and remain involved in select special projects, sharing the wisdom, experience, and perspective that have helped shape Morabito Consultants for more than four decades.

As we gathered this weekend, one thing became abundantly clear: Frank’s impact reaches far beyond engineering. His mentorship, friendship, generosity, and unwavering commitment to others have touched countless lives and helped create the culture that defines our firm today.

Frank, thank you for your vision, your leadership, and your friendship. Thank you for believing in people and investing in them. Thank you for building something that will continue long after any one project is complete. Congratulations on an incredible career and a well-deserved retirement from your role as President. We are grateful that you’ll continue to be part of our journey and look forward to the next chapter together.
