Sinai Hoffberger Garage
Morabito Consultants provided parking consulting and structural engineering design services for Sinai Hoffberger Garage, a six-story, 435-car precast concrete parking structure on the Sinai Hospital of Baltimore campus. The single-helix parking garage was designed on a Geopier foundation system to address site constraints and support efficient hospital parking operations.
Morabito Consultants developed the functional parking layout, circulation strategy, space planning, and entrance and exit control systems to support safe and efficient traffic flow within a busy healthcare environment. The garage connects to adjacent medical facilities by pedestrian bridge, improving access for patients, visitors, and staff.
Architectural features include white precast concrete panels, decorative stainless steel screens, and glass-backed elevator towers, creating a cohesive campus appearance. The completed hospital parking facility reflects Morabito Consultants’ experience with precast parking garage design, healthcare campus parking, single-helix circulation, Geopier-supported foundations, and user-focused parking consulting.
