Morabito Consultants provided structural engineering and waterproofing/building envelope services for various projects including the building recertification, and the restoration, repair, and upgrades to the landscaping and pool plaza decks. The plaza and pool structures had suffered decades of substantial deterioration and required extensive restoration and strengthening to accommodate new concrete and landscaping features. These important contributions have ensured that Grove Isle will remain a premiere address in Miami.
