After the structural design of this new, urban hotel with its fitness center and restaurant, the owner changed the floor plan in every room, post-construction. Morabito Consultants designed new suite layouts and managed extensive changes to the entire footprint, ensuring a pleasant experience for guests and a product that met the owner’s needs.
