Fastrack Builders developed this vibrant renovation of a ten-story building next to the Schuylkill River in Philadelphia. Morabito Consultants provided structural engineering services for renovations and flood mitigation. New exterior masonry flood walls were designed per the latest flood maps, and original building walls were reinforced with steel girts and columns to withstand the new flood load requirements. Temporary removable floodproofing structures were also provided for building openings and critical interior rooms.
