Pepsi Floodwall

New FEMA flood mapping necessitated that property owners along the Falls River in Baltimore re-evaluate all buildings and flood structures within the city floodway. Morabito Consultants provided structural engineering services for the analysis and retrofit of the critical concrete flood wall which protects the existing Pepsi plant on Union Ave. The floodwall will provide critical protection for a proposed residential development expected to replace the existing Pepsi facility.
