First Call Medical Center
Morabito Consultants provided structural engineering design services for a new two-story, approximately 10,000-square-foot medical office building for Centennial Medical. The facility was designed to support a variety of healthcare functions within a modern, efficient structure.
The structural system incorporates structural steel framing with reinforced masonry foundation walls, providing a durable and cost-effective solution for the building. Additional design elements included structural support for an elevator system and engineered steel connections for architectural canopies at the main entrances.
Through coordinated structural design and integration of key building components, Morabito Consultants delivered a functional and adaptable facility suited to the needs of Centennial Medical’s operations.
