Northwest Hospital Medical Office Building

Morabito Consultants provided design services for this new structure located across Old Court Road from the main Northwest Hospital campus. The facility includes three stories of composite steel framed medical office space supported on a two-story reinforced concrete parking structure. Features include a large outdoor terrace on the north side of the building, a prominent entrance canopy, and a combination of high parapets and rooftop screen walls which add significant scale the building’s facade.
