This site had unique challenges including tight site constraints and a subway line running beneath the structure. The design is based on a post-tensioned concrete flat plate building frame with concrete shear walls, exterior masonry veneer walls and a caisson foundation. Upon completion it became an attractive addition to a high-profile city neighborhood.
