Scarlett Place

Scarlett Place is a highly visible tiered-structure designed to look like a villa on an Italian hillside. For this fast-track project, Morabito Consultants was able to create structural design solutions to accommodate a rooftop terrace and to protect the lowest level of the garage from hydrostatic uplift pressure caused by the building’s proximity to Baltimore’s harbor.
