RightAway Storage developed this vibrant storage facility on a two-acre parcel in Baltimore City. Morabito Consultants provided structural engineering services for this four-story, 109,260 SF building located at 5400 O’Donnell Street. The structure was built with a concrete composite slab supported by light gauge metal stud bearing walls at 10 ft. on center. The roof framing consists of 3” metal deck supported by the light gauge bearing walls. Metal stud shear walls are utilized as the lateral resisting system.
