This self-storage facility is a unique blend of old and new. While the storage facility itself is eye-catchingly modern, portions of the south and west exterior brick walls are from an historic, 1912 electrical substation that was already on the site. Morabito Consultants provided structural engineering services that blended this attractive older structure with the new, six-story, 109,842 SF self-storage facility.
The completed structure blends well into its Canton neighborhood in Baltimore City.
