Roland Park Place Expansion

Built in 1984, Roland Park Place is notable as the first and only continuing care retirement community in Baltimore City. This renovation/expansion project provided a new 4-story parking garage with roof garden which tied into the existing building. A new independent living building, consisting of four framed stories on a concrete podium structure, was also added and wraps around two sides of the parking garage. The project resulted in an upgraded facility with 60 new Independent Living Units, 26 new Memory Care suites, a café/pub, a 200-seat auditorium, and a 150-car parking garage.
