Morabito Consultants has provided structural engineering services for numerous Brightview Senior Living communities. These structures consist mainly of wood framed independent living wings, and steel framed structures comprised of light gauge framing and Hambro/Ecospan framing for the Assisted Living / Memory Care Wings. Several of the buildings include a podium slab to provide parking and amenity space on the first floor. MC is proud to be the Structural Engineer of Record for the following communities: Rockville MD, Fairfax VA, Annapolis MD, Crofton MD, Grosvenor Lane MD, Fair Oaks VA, Columbia MD, Innovation Center Rockville VA, Eatontown NJ, Hunt Valley MD, Alexandria VA, and Holmdel NJ.
