Morabito Consultants performed structural design of a new, upscale retirement complex at this Continuing Care Retirement Community overlooking the Chesapeake Bay. The two, six-story residential towers utilized a concrete-framed metal truss roof and included three levels of below-grade parking, fitting the new construction seamlessly into its natural setting.
