Greenspring Town Center Renovation

Morabito Consultants provided structural engineering services for the renovations and addition to the Community Building at this Erikson Senior Living Community. The new addition replaced an existing pool building and is home to a new aquatic and fitness center. A large portion of the new addition’s roof has been utilized for an outdoor terrace featuring a plaza paver system, large feature planter, fire pit, and ample seating.
