Morabito Consultants provided structural consultation services for the construction of this new academic and laboratory building at Washington College. Located on the Chester River, this project incorporates biophilic design principles and uses a geothermal mechanical system with roof-mounted photo-voltaic panels to be a net-positive building – producing 105% of expected energy requirements.
