We are thrilled to announce an exciting reorganization and a series of well-deserved promotions across our firm as we look toward the future.

First, we want to share that Frank is retiring from his role as President. We are incredibly grateful for his leadership and are pleased to announce he will be taking on the title of President Emeritus. While stepping back from daily operations, Frank will remain available to our staff, continuing to offer his invaluable guidance and support.

Stepping into the role of President is Nick, who will be taking the helm to lead us into this next chapter.

Josh and Rob have been promoted to Vice President, joining Fred and Tony, who will continue in their vital roles as Vice Presidents.

John, Evan, and Tim have been promoted to Principal.

Dana and Barrett have been promoted to Senior Associate.

Nate has been promoted to Associate.
