Nate joined Morabito Consultants in 2020 after earning his Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from the University of Maryland. Since joining the firm, he has become a licensed Professional Engineer and advanced into his role as Associate, taking on larger projects, supporting design teams, and mentoring younger engineers.
Nate’s experience includes the design of steel, concrete, masonry, and wood structural systems, with a focus on educational facilities and multi-family residential projects. He is especially attentive to constructability and clear detailing, working to ensure that design intent is translated efficiently into the field while helping minimize conflicts during construction.
In addition to his technical work, Nate values building strong relationships with clients, contractors, and other members of the design team. Known for his collaborative approach and growing leadership within the firm, he continues to expand his experience while helping deliver practical, well-coordinated structural solutions. Outside the office, Nate enjoys spending time outdoors, whether at the beach, golfing, or skiing.
