Ken has been part of Morabito Consultants since the firm’s early years and holds the distinction of being MC’s first non-family employee. As a Senior Project Manager, he brings decades of structural engineering experience, institutional knowledge, and steady project leadership to his work with clients, architects, contractors, and internal teams.
A 1982 graduate of the University of Maryland, Ken is widely recognized for his expertise in concrete structures, parking design, and post-tensioned concrete systems. His experience includes notable projects such as Scarlett Place, the Maryland Institute College of Art, and University of Maryland Shock Trauma, where his practical judgment and technical knowledge helped support durable, efficient, and functional structural solutions.
Known for his reliability, calm perspective, and constructability-focused approach, Ken is a trusted resource for both clients and colleagues. He enjoys helping teams navigate complex structural challenges while mentoring others through the benefit of his long-standing experience. Outside the office, Ken enjoys sports, movies, theatre, and spending time with his three sons.
